In a human study, 65 adults with eye inflammation — due to pollen allergy, wind, dust, infections, or eye strain — used eye drops containing equal amounts of eyebright and rose extracts three times per day.
About 81% of the participants had complete relief of eye redness, swelling, burning, and sticky secretions within 6–14 days. The remaining participants had noticeable improvements in their eye symptoms
Directions For Use:
Add 1 teaspoon to a pot of water, bring to the boil and let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Strain and drink at night before going to bed. The remaining tea left in the pot can be reboiled up to 3 times before throwing away and starting afresh. Drinking at night allows the healing properties to work on your eyes while they are at rest to enable maximum repair.
