A weight management plan is not just about losing weight. It is about a lifestyle change that can be carried easily into your every day for better health and well-being in the long term. Working with clients in a professional manner, we will help you achieve this lifestyle change by determining where you’re at, and where you want to be. Pre- program screening and assessment is conducted to ensure we get it right for you. Weight Management Appraisals are conducted throughout your journey to make sure you’re seeing the results you are aiming for. We utilise a variety of tools for this process and it will be determined on an individual basis, but always discussed with you to ensure your comfortability. Referral and communication with allied health professionals is also carried out via various sources of communication to ensure your health is considered at all points in your journey.

Program Costs
The program cost has been broken down into separate consultation costs @ £80 per hour per appointment.
- Full program cost is £960 for a 12-week program.

- Support offered to those on Healthcare and Pension cards. Please let me know if this applies to you.
After the program finishes, there is the option to ‘buy’ more time should you want to continue with your reaching your goals. This will be a Maintenance extension off the original program. This can be done in monthly blocks @ £60 per weekly session. You can purchase as many months as you wish. Invoices will be sent out.
Wholefood options, supplements, and herbal medicine, to support weight management plans are available in clinic at additional costs. This is entirely optional but available should you wish to incorporate it into lifestyle changes, meal plans and daily living.

International Shipping
- Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.
- Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable).
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please contact the courier directly first using your tracking number.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (health supplements, wellness programs, consultations, and digital items), refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair, transparent and supportive in resolving any concerns.
2. Refunds for Physical Products (Supplements, Kits)
We offer refunds or exchanges on physical products only if the following conditions are met:
Eligible for Refund
Items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refund request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Not Eligible for Refund
Opened or used supplements (for safety and hygiene reasons).
Items returned after 14 days.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible for Refund
A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If Vivo Nutrients cancels or reschedules and you cannot attend, you may request a full refund
Not Eligible for Refund
Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session start time.

4. Refunds for Digital Products
This includes e-books, guides, plans, or downloadable content.
Not Eligible for Refund
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as immediate access is provided upon purchase.
5. Memberships & Subscriptions
This applies to programs such as:
Lifestyle Change Programs.
Maintenance Programs.
Wellness or monthly subscription services.
Refund Conditions
Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
You may cancel future billing at any time, and no additional charges will occur.
No partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
