Let’s talk about MENOPAUSE!
‘Oh no’, I hear you groan. Well, I agree, it’s not the most glamorous or cheery conversation but it will affect all my female readers at some stage and will, more often than not, cause all sorts of additional stresses and strains.
So for women only, I am offering you a session of group coaching on Sunday 21st Aug and Sunday 28 Aug to talk through some of the issues that you may be facing. We can look at how to cope with anxiety, with stress, a loss of confidence and with any other daily issue that is bothering you. I don’t plan to focus on the medical side of menopause, rather the resulting effects and how you can live this part of your life in the way you want rather than just ‘get through it’.
Sessions cost £65 per person and will run from 5pm to approximately 6:30pm. Places are limited and will be booked on a first come first served basis.
